Japanese people rock!

T5B: 1) We were treated to a very nice dinner and a magic show! 2) Fumie-s and Goto-s gave us a ride with all our luggage to the hotel. 3) We moved out with no issues. 4) We got to rest up a bit. 5) The hotel is much warmer than my place!

Morning:
- I woke up extra early so I just took out the trash
- we got up and got the stuff together (we were told the leasing company was coming at 9)
- leasing company finally showed up at 11 (we were sitting on the floor that whole time!)
- we watched some shows and played some games

Notes: The floor is very hard!

Afternoon:
- the electricity person came by, paid him
- the water guy came by, paid him
- Chihi (from the office showed up)
- the gas guy came by, paid him
- Chihi left
- Chihi came back (all this time Jerod and I watched a movie)
- the apartment manager showed up
- the walkthrough went very well (we cleaned)
- Goto-s & Fumie-s gave us a ride to the hotel :D

Notes: Glad the move out went so well.

Evening:
- paid for the hotel, took our bags up
- raced out to the bus as we were late for dinner with friends
- our friends ordered TONS of food for us to try and kept asking if there was something else we wanted to try!
- they took us to a bar where the owner did magic for us (really cool)
- we took a bus back to our hotel
- we tried to watch the Olympics on tv (no go)
- we're EXHAUSTED

Notes: The Japanese people REALLY helped us out today. I forgot to mention that Goto-s and Fumie-s each gave us food! We are SO blessed right now! (Glad we were able to save some money!) Hope you had a fun/productive day too! XOXO, A

p.s. Got Monday's pictures up - take a look! :D (I'll get the rest of the week tomorrow - the net slowed WAY down!)

This morning - packed and ready to go (just about)
Hanging out on the floor

    1. It really is beautiful - that's an important part of the meal for Japanese people. And thanks!! :) Now that I'm further South, I'm home free!
