(no basal temp as I packed the thermometer)
Morning:
- we packed and cleaned
- Jerod took the bathroom (THANK YOU!)
- I took the dishes and cupboards
- we packed up all the food we couldn't eat (though I missed one thing, oops)
- we listened to music and spent some time together
Notes: We got a lot done and Jerod has been a HUGE Godsend for me during all this packing.
Afternoon:
- Fumie dropped by and brought us lots of EXTREMELY delicious-looking food (for tomorrow)
- after she left, we took our bikes and went to Gohyaku Rakan (500 Disciples) and the Demon Handprints
- we got back home and played games on our phones for a bit
Notes: I, again, got lots of pictures but will wait for tomorrow night when I have lots more internet access (at the hotel).
Evening:
- we decided to do Kawatoku tonight
- the place was 8 floors of shopping (I was pretty frustrated after a bit but..)
- Jerod bought me ice cream :) he got black sesame flavor (it was good!)
- we took the bus back to Nanak and then walked and ended up jogging home (freezing plus wind)
- ate dinner that we had bought yesterday
Notes: Almost the whole place is ready to go. We just need to bundle the stuff I rented, pull our fruit out of the fridge, clear off the desk, pack our toiletries (after showering), sweep, mop the kitchen, and we're done. It crazy how two days ago I had an apartment and now I have mostly emptiness. When I got here I couldn't imagine making it my space. Now it's still mine even though it's mostly empty. This apartment was very good to me. I am very grateful I was safe here. Hope you all had a very productive day too! XOXO, A
I turned back to get Jerod riding his bike and I caught him as he jumped off because the bike was falling! |
