Free apples!

T5B: 1) I got to talk to Jerod and Dre today. 2) I got a TON done! 3) I finished another book. 4) I am caught up on all my health insurance premiums for Japan. 5) Jerod helped me to calm down a little re: school next week.

Morning:
- I woke up with a start around 4h00 and took out my trash early then turned off the alarm I had set
- I was able to sleep in!!! It was glorious! 91%!
- I messaged Jerod and Dre
- I mostly huddled in my blankets
- helped Jerod get his flight TO JAPAN!!!! He's going to come visit!!! :D!!!

Notes: I forgot to mention! Yesterday I forgot that dinner with my gynecologist. Oh man! I felt SOO badly. We rescheduled for Monday - I asked her if I could buy her dessert as an apology. I don't think she understood what I meant as she then was like, "Ok! I'll buy you dessert too!" (essentially) In any case, Monday night!

Afternoon:
- I showered
- I got out the door, 1st I paid off my premiums for this month and next (and that's it for the fiscal year)
- 2nd I went to the bank to grab my money for next week
- 3rd I went grocery shopping (I bought dessert while I was there for Rie ~my gynecologist)
- I was given apples by the woman who is my friend at the grocery store! (free apples!)
- I went home, put everything away
- made some lunch, read
- talked to Jerod and Dre some more
- checked my worksheets for next week and thought about my lessons (tried to walk through them in my brain so I would be on top of everything on Tuesday - I will be teaching my two "worst" classes [the ones who ignore me the most] and two of my lessons will be new :/ AAARRRGGGGHHH I'm SOOO stressed!)

Notes: I'm so glad to have that health insurance paid off! The only thing I think I have on my plate, other than my other regular bills, is a city tax (for the privilege of living in Morioka or it might be a country one for Japan). I have no idea the amount but I'm hoping it's not exorbitant. -- And how sweet was it that Miyoko gave me apples? :)

Evening:
- talked to Jerod some more
- ate a snack
- read (finished another book - well it was two novellas ~ I read one last night and the other today)
- organized a little bit (put some things away)
- made some dinner
- talked to Jerod some more
- started a new book

Notes: I am very appreciative of the time I have had to talk to Jerod and to really connect everyday. Ok .. a funny story... so one day I walk into the lab and I get asked, "How DO you spell hedgeslammers?" Me: "... What!?" And this is how I found out that I had texted a coworker while I was on ambien and he had shared the conversation with everyone. Here is the entire thing:

A: Jordan do you spell hedgeslammers?
J: What?
A: Theres a crater iny arm
J: Are you on ambien?
A: Anbien is on ne! hahahshsf
J: Clearly.
A: Do you hear a broovu broo?
J: Unfortunately i do not.

A: I never killed bearsw why sound they choose to haubt me?
A: I don't have honey heah kids to give them so they leave ne alone
J: What kind of bears are they? If they're ghost koala bears maybe they'd take a cough drop or two.

J: I'm not sure it's possible...

Guess who is still with me!? Oh... I gave it away - TAKUMI! I have had him since Aug 31! He's finally starting to deflate a little.
